Wrong TacVisor shipped, Customer Service phone number does not pick up the line
I ordered the 2-in-1 tacvisor from the main website and I received the sunglare only, no night visor attached. I called to have them refund the extra $7.95 I paid or have them mail me the correct one, at the customer service number, 1-86*-595-****.
No one EVER picks up the phone. It just keeps replaying the same music and canned 'please continue to hold' message over and over. I then called Bell and Howell and was told it's a separate company, and given the phone number 1-80*-423-****. I called that, and it told me to call 1-80*-647-****, back to the SAME line that will not pick up.
It's a terrible way to treat customers, no way to contact by email, mail, not even a voicemail box.
if you must order this product go through a store where you may have a chance of getting your money back. Not a trustworthy company, blocking anyone from getting in contact with them!

Complaint
I purchased a Tac Razor from Bell and Howell June 5th. They were quick to bill my credit account however, I didn't receive the razor until June 15th.
After receiving the razor I tried it. It took 5 seconds to realize it was not what it was advertised to be. And that's putting it mildly. The company could not be reached by phone to request a refund.
On June 17th, I mailed the razor back to their office. Tac Razor did not acknowledge receipt of the razor for three weeks. By that time my credit card company already refused to refund my money. So, now on September 6th my dispute is still open.
My american credit card company states that it is still waiting for a response from Tac Razor. I'm writing this to warn others about buying a tac Razor online.
They can be purchase in a brick and mortar store. There at least you can return the razor when you realized you wasted money on crap.
